The Simms Bulkley Jacket at its Pinnacle at IFTD 2018

Hi. My name's Eric Newfield, and today we're in Orlando, at the IFTD Show. This is a wonderful show to really feature new products, and today I wanted to share with you the new Simms Bulkley jacket.
This jacket is a jacket that we've had in the line for a really long time. This is the third version of it, so we feel like we're kind of at our best and final one. This jacket's a two-layered GORE-TEX jacket with insulation. The insulation is you're going to get 100 grams of insulation through the body panels, and then in the sleeves, you're going to get 60 grams. So, the idea with the insulation story was to give your body a lot of warmth. But if you're casting or rowing, with the lighter weight insulation in the arms, it would increase your mobility.
The jacket's got a lot of really great fishing features to it. First, right here, we gave it a fly patch. So, if you are fishing, changing flies, you want to definitely use the fly patch, and not be putting your flies through a two-layer GORE-TEX fabric. The hand pockets, we gave it a zippered hand pocket. This is a great feature that when you are cold, you want to warm up your hands, you can ensure that the inside of your pocket is dry and warm. It does have a nice Micro Fleece lining on the inside too, which really gives your hands just the additional warmth.
The chest pocket has two zippered pockets, right here and right here. So, this is great for fly boxes, or spey tips, wallets, any type of product that you want to put in there and just hold. It does have a hood as well, and as you can see in the hood, it is an insulated hood. Like I said, the inside of this jacket has some insulation, so the quilting is on the inside of the piece. Drawcord on the bottom. This is a three-way adjustable hood, so you could adjust it right here for your periphery, as well in the back.
And then lastly, the Bulkley jacket is featured in our new Veil Camo. We're really excited about this new camo colorway. It's done by the company, Veil. It's a fish concealment story, really designed for the Northern Rockies. You'll see other products that we're featuring this new pattern in, but the Bulkley jacket is available in black, and then in our River Camo.
