The weather is still calling for temperatures in the 80s and 90s and no rain in the forecast. So, rivers are going to be low and warm. Terrestrials are still going to be out and producing great fish. With this heat, you will still want to fish early morning and late in the evening and give the fish a break during the afternoon when the weather starts to heat up. Current Conditions It is HOT! Weather has been in the 100’s as of lately. The bass fishing on the Snake and Grande Ronde have been amazing. I also heard the Clearwater above Orofino has been fishing great for Bass. As for our Trout Rivers, they seem to be fishing great in the early morning when temps are lower.
