Hey guys, this is Gene Jensen from YouTube, also known as Flukemaster.What I have here is something that I have been excited about since I heard about it. Matter of fact, it was so secret they wouldn't tell me because my job is to tell everybody else, so I didn't find out about it until the public did, but it's called a Concept Z. Zero ball bearings. I cannot believe, a zero ball bearings.How can you make a reel with zero ball bearings? So, what I did as soon as I got here at ICAST, I started picking everybody's brain. I took the reel apart. I said, okay, what's in place of the ball bearings and what we have is we have a polymer disc or a polymer bearing, has no balls in it, nothing to corrode, does not overheat. It is smooth as butter, and it increases your casting distance by a tremendous amount. I hate the phrase game changer, but this is gonna make a whole lotta people change the way they're making reels because of the distance you can get on it.

We cannot put a shallow spool on this reel because you're gonna cast all of the line off of a shallow spool I promise you. I cannot wait to get it out and chuck this thing a country mile, so the Concept Z from 13 Fishing. It is changing the world.
